Q. What is a fully furnished corporate apartment?

A. Corporate apartments are leased on a short-term basis to meet the needs of executives who are on temporary assignment at another location, those who are being transferred and need a temporary apartment while they search for a permanent home, or those who are displaced from their homes temporarily. These furnished apartments come with all of the amenities of home including professionally designed furnishings and fully appointed kitchens. Some locations also have use of the pool, clubhouse, and exercise facilities on-site. Furnished housing provides more spacious accommodations than extended-stay hotel suites and at a lower price.

Q. Is there a minimum length of stay for a corporate apartment?

A. Most locations have a 30-day minimum length of stay. During certain times of the year and at certain facilities and locations, we may offer shorter stays. Please call for more information.

Q. Do you provide housecleaning services?

A. We can arrange (daily, weekly, etc) cleaning services for an additional fee.

Q. How will you bill me? Can you bill my company directly?

A. We can bill you or your company. We accept checks as well as all major credit cards.

Q. Can I bring my family pet?

A. Many of our properties allow small pets with an additional pet fee. Please call for a complete list of pet friendly complexes.
